MARIO RANGEL

BIO

Mario Rangel is a Peruvian Filmmaker. He is a writer, director, director of photography, editor, and colorist. He has written and directed four fiction narrative short films, photographed two fiction narrative short films, edited five narrative short films, and colored two fiction narrative short films. His films combine his favorite genres: thriller, psychological horror, and sci-fi.

He graduated from Full Sail University with a Film Production MFA. He dropped his business engineering career where he has an alpaca clothing brand, The Peruvian Alps, to become a filmmaker. He has worked as an executive production assistant at Señor Z, Peru's biggest film and ad studio. He has credits on more than 20 plus short films. His next step is to move to Atlanta to continue his career in filmmaking.
